What is in stock? What is needed?
Purchases, consumption, returns and corrections are recorded as stock movements. Material use can be assigned to a job.
SK Bauwerk · Internal web application
For SK Bauwerk, I am developing an internal web application that connects customers, quotes, jobs and invoices with materials, tools and scheduling.

WHY THIS APP
The same piece of work runs through several stages: pricing, scheduling, materials, time and billing. I bring that information together so it stays connected to the job.
HOW IT FITS TOGETHER
Customer details, services and material line items are structured in the quote.
An accepted quote leads to its linked job. Its planned dates appear in the calendar.
Costs, recorded work time, material consumption and assigned tools stay traceable within the job.
Billing reuses existing customer and service details. Documents can be provided as PDFs.
THE OPERATIONAL SIDE, TOO

Purchases, consumption, returns and corrections are recorded as stock movements. Material use can be assigned to a job.

Tools have an internal ID, condition and location. They can be assigned to a job and returned afterwards.

The calendar shows jobs across their planned date spans. Status, a day overview and direct job links connect planning with ongoing work.
The views shown are rendered from the application’s original templates using fictional sample data only. The internal system is not a publicly accessible app service.
