Privacy
This notice covers the public Sashov.tech portfolio and services website. App views are static examples; this website does not operate personal FoodBunker or Daily Loop accounts or access local app databases.
1. Controller
I am responsible for this website: Borislav Sashov Ivanov, Falkensteiner Str. 9, 65760 Eschborn, Germany. You can contact me about privacy and your rights at borislav@sashov.tech.
2. Visiting the website and hosting
I use Hostinger to host this website.
Delivering a page requires technical connection data, including your IP address, request time, requested resource and browser/device information. The host may create access and error logs and technical traffic statistics derived from them. These support delivery, troubleshooting and protection against misuse. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: my legitimate interest in a secure, reliably available website.
Hostinger processes hosting data as a service provider. Its Data Processing Addendum addresses subprocessors and possible international transfers. I do not claim that processing takes place exclusively in Germany or the EU; for necessary transfers outside the EEA, the addendum describes safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Technical logs are kept for the purposes of operating the hosting service. The criteria are service delivery and security, investigating specific faults or security incidents, and applicable legal obligations. I do not create an additional permanent visitor profile. I do not promise a fixed number of days for server-log retention.

3. Local resources and preferences
Fonts, icons, images and video covers are delivered by this website. They do not require calls to Google Fonts or icon CDNs. I do not embed advertising or audience-tracking services such as Google Analytics. Technical hosting logs are separate from that.
The website follows your system preference for reduced motion. The language follows the selected page path. No additional cookies or new local preference entries are created for these features.
4. Direct contact
You can contact me by phone, email or the optional WhatsApp link. This website has no contact form and sends no form entries to a server. A telephone or email link opens the application configured on your device; sending requires your own action.
The WhatsApp link connects you to an external service only after you click it. WhatsApp’s terms and privacy notice then apply. No WhatsApp widget is embedded, and merely visiting this page creates no connection to WhatsApp. Phone and email remain equal alternatives.
When you begin a business enquiry, I process your contact details and the communication content to reply and, where relevant, prepare or fulfil a contract. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b), or Article 6(1)(f) for other enquiries. The relevant telecommunications, email and optional messenger providers process data under their own privacy notices.
I retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, support a resulting working relationship, establish or defend legal claims or meet statutory retention obligations, and then delete it. Providing information is voluntary; without a way to reach you, I cannot reply. Please send only what your enquiry needs.
5. YouTube videos you choose to load
I first show local video covers. An external player from youtube-nocookie.com is loaded only when you choose to load a YouTube video after seeing the notice. For people in the EEA, YouTube is generally provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Loading the player sends Google information including your IP address, device/browser details, the selected video and the embedding website. Google may process further information under its privacy policy, including through services outside the EEA. Privacy-enhanced mode does not mean that no data are transferred or no information on your device is used.
Activation is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, for device access requiring consent, section 25(1) TDDDG. Closing the player ends the ongoing connection; you can choose not to load it again. This does not undo processing that has already taken place. The rest of the website works without YouTube. Google explains processing, retention and international-transfer safeguards in the linked information.

6. Your rights
Contact me at borislav@sashov.tech. Subject to the legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability (Articles 15–20 GDPR). You may withdraw consent for the future. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR).
You may complain to a data-protection supervisory authority, particularly where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred (Article 77 GDPR). I do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
